About United Family Hub

United Family Hub is a family management and communication platform for large families, extended lineage groups, and congregations. It is built to run on autopilot, so nobody has to administer it.

The hub keeps a directory of contact records, birth dates, anniversaries, and physical addresses. Every 6 to 12 months, the system asks each member by email or WhatsApp to confirm or update their own details, so no secretary has to maintain the list. Alongside the directory, a visual family tree traces lineage across generations with genetic and ancestry markers linked in, and a central vault holds HD video and photo galleries from chasunas, bar mitzvas, and simchas.

Announcements go out through one communication engine: email blasts and automated simcha updates, WhatsApp for immediate announcements, and family newsletters generated periodically in digital and print-ready formats. Event reminders, update requests, and notices are sent automatically on a schedule.
